Bread and Cheese Pudding

Slices of bread and dutter
a breakfast cup of milk
2 or 3 eggs
Sugar to taste
2 oz. grated cheese
a grate of nutmeg, if liked


Make in the same way as “Bread and Butter Pudding”, sprinkling the cheese between the flices of bread and butter.
